I implemented an extremely popular and highly effective mindfulness programme at my former employer IBM.  Since leaving in 2020 I've continued to bring about long-lasting change at small, medium and large businesses through my enterprise-ready, evidence-based resilience programmes.  I've taught thousands of people in every corner of the globe, run personalised courses for individuals and facilitated workshops for some of the biggest multinationals in the world.
