Steve Ware,
Workplace Mindfulness Expert
Steve is not your typical mindfulness specialist! He never set out to learn meditation, yet alone become a mindfulness teacher, but a period of intense stress whilst working at IBM led him to (somewhat reluctantly) try mindfulness back in 2012.
His personal transformation was so profound that his colleagues quickly noticed a big change and asked Steve if he would show them how he'd learned to mange his anxiety, sleep better and overcome burnout.
This led to him to training at the University of Oxford and introducing the first (and only) HR-approved mindfulness programme in the whole of IBM.

He left IBM in 2020 to teach these incredibly popular mindfulness to other businesses all across the globe, working with companies such as Salesforce, KMPG and LinkedIn.
